• Have met and communicated with all of the Keynotes 

• Breakout Sessions - reviewed and noted adding the mental health session to be presented by Victoria Shaw 

• Regional Group Sessions - Membership Committee is planning for the sessions

• Reception Plans - Discussed offering raffle prizes during the reception.  Reviewed details Regina researched regarding a fashion/historical show. Paid actors could present a 45 minute program. There is a cost of $750 for the program. Concerns about cost and attendance. Discussed possibly planning this for the reception. Availability and attendance is a factor. Regina will connect with the Historical Society again to further explore. 

4. Vendor Registration Review - Vendor List Discussed Mountain Lake Academy as a possible sponsor of the Historical program if the date and time are available.

6. Reviewed and discussed the conference menu and having GF and nut free selections.

Volunteers are needed for the scavenger hunt: Audrey, Kathleen and Karen volunteered. Heidi will reach out with details.
